THE SWAP LIST
The Swap List is designed to allow more availability for a necessary rescheduled lesson. If a student must miss a lesson, and their schedule does not align with the instructor’s, they can arrange to swap with another student’s time for that week.
SWAP LIST INSTRUCTIONS
I must be informed prior to and after making a swap. The parent who requests the swap is responsible to let me know so I can prepare for the correct student.
All swaps must be done parent to parent. Students are not to arrange their own. I will not arrange swaps.
The parent who arranges the swap must email me with the details of the swap and cc the person with whom they are making the swap.
If there is confusion, and two students show up for the same lesson, I will teach the one whose lesson is normally at that time. No make-up lessons will be given if any confusion from this arises.
No one should ever feel obligated to swap with another student if it is not convenient.
*Siblings may need to swap for two different days and times if necessary. Finding a back to back lesson time won't always be possible.
